The Grey Havens, known also as Mithlond, was an Elvish port city located in the Elven realm of Lindon. After the defeat of Sauron and the coronation of Aragorn II Elessar, Gandalf, Galadriel, and Elrond left for Aman from the Grey Havens. The Ringbearer Bilbo Baggins and Frodo accompanied them. Years later, Sam did likewise, himself being a Ring-bearer (although briefly).
