- La Locanda is a modular building inspired by the Set 41379 (Heartlake City Restaurant). It consists of an Italian restaurant with living space on the upper level and scooter rental shop with wine distillery on the upper levels. The building has been placed at the edge of the baseplate to allow more space in the front part for scenes with minifigs and break the monotonous linear layout of other modular buildings.
