- Author's Remark: "The Modern Corner Hotel is a modular building with a small square in front. Its facade is inspired by the Greulich Hotel in Zurich.
Outside the building the small square is furnished with some tables and chairs underneath a birch tree. From the inner corner of the building you can enter the building via two doors. The right one is leading to the reception desk of the hotel with a flyer shelf in front and a shelf for keys behind the desk. The left door enters the bar area with some lounge chairs and tables and a fully equipped bar with fridges for drinks and snacks, a beer dispenser, coffee machine and a lots of bottles and glasses. Under the stairs is a small toilet. Behind the reception desk is an additional entrance for employees from the backyard.
The generous staircase brings you to the upper two levels with hotel rooms. All rooms are equipped with a small private toilet and shower and a sink towards the room.
On the first floor there are two single rooms in the corner and one small double room with queen size bed. On the second floor this room is the same. In the corner is a generous double room with king size bed, lounge chair and TV. Between the two room is a small utility room. The staircase goes up to the roof. There are two deck chairs and a big whirlpool.
The different levels can easily be unmounted and put back together, like all typical modular buildings. On both sides of the building are technic-bricks to connect the building with other modulars by pins." - Notes: The printed parts are not included, which are replaced by general parts.
- Since our MOC sets are brand new, it requires 15 days handling time from order to shipment, then shipping takes about another 15 days.
