The Bestial Sanctum is one of the most recognizable structures in northeastern Caelid’s Dragonbarrow, where players encounter Gurranq, Beast Clergyman. The model focuses not only on the sanctuary itself, but also on the unsettling environment surrounding it—dark red vegetation, exposed roots, scattered rocks, ruined structures, and the desolate terrain that defines this region of the Lands Between.

Built across multiple large base sections, the sanctuary features three richly detailed exterior walls, a broad plaza leading toward the entrance, and the prominent dark red dome rising above the structure. A creature positioned near the main entrance further reinforces the dangerous atmosphere associated with this iconic Elden Ring location.

Pontus_Gehrmann_MOCS created MOC-167857 as the third project in the designer’s Elden Ring series. The Bestial Sanctum was chosen because of its striking architecture and the unusual landscape surrounding it.

Particular attention was given to the sanctuary’s repeating wall structures, the broad plaza, the dark red dome, and the corrupted natural scenery around the building. The result is designed to capture both the scale of the architecture and the unsettling mood of the original game environment.
