Delivery and Shipping

The time it takes to prepare your item(s) to ship from our warehouse. This includes preparing your items, performing quality checks, and packing for shipment. 

Since our MOC sets are brand new, it requires 15-20 days handling time from order to shipment, then shipping takes about another 12-15 days.

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

If you have received missing or damaged parts from your MOC brick set, please proceed as follows:

  • Missing part (part number according to instructions)
