The garage combines a weathered street-side appearance with a detailed workshop interior. Japanese-style signage, vintage posters, a vending machine, mechanic’s bicycle, and small everyday details help create the feeling of a lived-in neighborhood garage.
Designed as a display space for 8-stud-wide sports car models, the garage includes a wide entrance and open interior area for showcasing your favorite vehicles. The completed model measures approximately 19.9 × 22.6 × 14.5 cm / 7.8 × 8.9 × 5.7 in, making it compact enough for shelves, desks, and automotive display cabinets.

dannychrst created Japan Backstreet Garage as a cozy display setting for collectors who enjoy Japanese car culture. The goal was to create a small garage with enough workshop detail and street atmosphere to give car models a more realistic and characterful backdrop.
