Since our MOC sets are brand new, it requires 15-20 days handling time from order to shipment, then shipping takes about another 12-15 days.

This Roman Corner Shop building block model faithfully recreates the vintage street-life atmosphere of Southern Europe, capturing the relaxed romance of classic Roman architecture through warm yellow facades, climbing greenery, brown tiled roofs, wooden shutters, and flower-filled balconies. Inspired by historic Italian street corners, the model blends architectural authenticity with rich storytelling details, making it an outstanding medieval-modern city display and collectible building set.
The ground floor presents a lively street scene with two fully realized shops. One side features a traditional Italian restaurant, complete with pizza displays, red-and-white dining tables, visible pizza dough, and an oven that brings the bustling food culture to life. The other side hosts a dessert shop decorated with Italian flags, showcasing macarons and ice cream behind transparent display cases, creating a vibrant and immersive street-level experience.
Interior spaces add depth and discovery to the build. The second floor includes a cozy bedroom with a balcony and a parrot accessory that enhances the sense of everyday life. The third floor conceals a themed treasure room filled with crystals, sculptures, and decorative elements, offering a playful contrast to the realistic exterior. At the top, the rooftop terrace forms a miniature urban oasis with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, tropical plants, and a red parrot perched on a branch—perfectly reflecting the laid-back charm of Southern European rooftops.
Designed with a modular, layer-by-layer structure, the building can be easily disassembled to explore each level individually, from street-level shops to the rooftop terrace. This thoughtful design enhances playability, display flexibility, and long-term building enjoyment.
Includes 4507 precision-molded pieces with accurate colors and a smooth hand feel. Each piece fits securely to ensure a tight, stable structure suitable for long-term display. For MOC products, the instructions are accessed by scanning the QR code on the box. For Mocsage products, a printed instruction manual is included inside the packaging.
Generally, the product will be delivered within one month, except in cases where the product has many parts or unforeseeable circumstances arise.
