Designed and authorized by Nico71, this 1,148-piece model recreates the distinctive Werner Uniknick forestry truck at 1:15 scale, inspired by the rugged articulated vehicles developed for demanding woodland environments.
Unique Articulated Steering System
Unlike conventional trucks, the Werner Uniknick features a central articulated chassis that allows the front and rear sections to pivot during steering. Two linear actuators control the articulation, while a connecting rod limits the central oscillating movement for improved mechanical stability.
Detailed 4×4 Drivetrain and Portal Axles
The original design incorporates a four-wheel-drive transmission with differentials and portal axle hubs, recreating the mechanical architecture of a rugged off-road utility vehicle. The elevated axle configuration and articulated chassis give the model its distinctive engineering character.
Removable Inline-Four Engine
