Replacement parts for missing or damaged MOC bricks
If you have received missing or damaged parts from your MOC brick set, please proceed as follows:
Required information:
- Order number
- Missing part (part number according to instructions)
- Required quantity and color
- Photo of the missing part or bag

For MOC products, the instructions are accessed by scanning the QR code on the box. For Mocsage products, a printed instruction manual is included inside the packaging.
Generally, the product will be delivered within one month, except in cases where the product has many parts or unforeseeable circumstances arise.
