Returns & Refunds Policies


1. No worries about your money. We would be responsible for all of our customers.

2. All of our items are tested well before shipping. If the items get damaged during shipping, or do not work properly out of the box, please contact us so that we can help you with the issues.

3. For a technical issue of an item, we would try our best to help you fix it, and we would resend a new replacement for free or issue a full refund if that issues can not be fixed.


We offer returns for all shipped items within 14 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. All items sold on follow our general return policies.

At we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 7 days without giving any reasons. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.

As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return most products from our sites to us within 14 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition.

Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.


Before the vendor issues a refund, consider the following:

1) We would provide a quick solution for you. In some cases, after we authorize a return request, we may wait until we receive the item back from the buyer before we issue a refund.

2) If the buyer returns the item to the vendor damaged, or in a condition that is different from the condition in which the vendor sent it, the vendor has the option to issue a partial refund. If the vendor decides to issue a partial refund, the vendor would explain this to the buyer in advance to help avoid misunderstanding.

3) If the vendor described and listed the item accurately, but the buyer simply no longer wants it, the vendor has the option not to refund the shipping costs.

4) For damaged & defective items upon your receipt, there is no need to return them, and you can still get a refund on your purchase.


I would like to cancel an order. What should I do?

1) An order can only be canceled if the shipment has not yet been confirmed. If the buyer still wants the item, they can place a new order.

2) For all shipped orders, it is unavailable for sellers to cancel the shipments as they are in transit and out of our warehouse, in this case, you can send them back upon you receive your orders.

How long does it take for a refund to be applied?

The refund is applied to the buyer's credit card within minutes after we successfully complete a refund transaction. It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the credit to appear on the buyer's credit card statement, depending on how long it takes the buyer's bank to process the transaction.
