Since our MOC sets are brand new, it requires 15 days handling time from order to shipment, then shipping takes about another 15 days.

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

- Designed and licensed by Gabizon.
- With the parts from 6 original model, Gabizon rebuilt a more lively street with a pub, 2 hotels, a pool, a town hall, a sushi restaurant and a corner cafe.
- At the corner of 2 crossed streets stands a hotel, with the cone-shaped top, the three-story building is the landmark building with the top height.
- On one of the streets, there is the other hotel, the town hall and the pub. The pub is next to the corner hotel, with the same cone-shaped top and a great rooftop. The town hall is with blue roof, not so tall, but the clock and bench at front are iconic, and there is a small parking lot behind it. At the end of the street is the other hotel with flat roof.
- On the other street, you will see the pool, the sushi restaurant, and the cafe. the corner cafe is at the end of the street, built with brown bricks and the next is the sushi restaurant in red. The pool is between the sushi restaurant and the corner hotel. You can see many details on the buildings, and the Interior is more worth expecting.
