Since our MOC sets are brand new, it requires 15-20 days handling time from order to shipment, then shipping takes about another 12-15 days.

Designed and authorized by count_of_brick, this battleship model draws inspiration from the legendary Italian battleship Littorio, a prominent icon in World War II naval history. The model faithfully recreates the ship’s distinctive structure and formidable firepower, featuring three triple main gun turrets with nine primary guns, four triple secondary gun turrets positioned at the superstructure corners, and four single-mounted guns. With its refined proportions and intricate detailing, the model offers both an engaging building experience and strong display appeal for collectors and enthusiasts.
Crafted from eco-friendly ABS material, the set includes 3320 precision-molded parts designed for accurate color, tight connections, and a smooth, durable finish. The sturdy structure and high-quality components ensure a safe and satisfying assembly process.
A QR code instruction manual provides clear, step-by-step digital guidance for convenient assembly. Once completed, the model becomes an impressive display piece and decorative centerpiece, offering both entertainment and educational value for building block collectors and World War II naval history enthusiasts.

Background: As the flagship of its class, the Littorio played a pivotal role in the Royal Italian Navy during World War II. Named after the symbol of Italian fascism, the Littorio and its sister ship, the Vittorio Veneto, were constructed to rival the French battleships Dunkirk and Strasbourg. These vessels marked Italy's entry into modern naval warfare and were among the first capital ships built under the Washington Naval Treaty. The keel of the Littorio was laid in October 1934, launched in August 1937, and commissioned in May 1940.
Despite sustaining damage in a British air raid on Taranto in November 1940, the Littorio resumed operations by March the following year. It participated in various engagements with the British Mediterranean Fleet, including the Second Battle of Sirte in March 1942, where it inflicted damage on several enemy vessels. Following the collapse of the fascist regime in July 1943, the ship was renamed Italia.
On September 9, 1943, during the chaos of the armistice, the sister ship Roma was sunk, while the Italia endured severe damage from a Fritz X radio-controlled bomb. As part of the armistice terms, the Italia was interned in various locations, ultimately ending up in the Great Bitter Lake in the Suez Canal until 1947. In a symbolic gesture, the Italia was awarded to the United States as a trophy and eventually scrapped in La Spezia in 2017.
