A great way for beginners to get into lego combat robots. You can get a feel for how they work and how they are put together, you are able to adapt to your hearts desire or draw inspiration from the design. The instructions were easy to follow. Also very good for experienced lego robot builders wanting to add to their squad.
The spinning weapon has a lot of power so perhaps more suited to older and more responsible children upwards. Vegas has a very cool self righting mechanism to get back right side up should it be turned over. The drive is very quick and powerful as well.
I've adapted to use a mouldking 6.0 battery as these are slightly more powerful and I find easier to use the remote control.
A very good build experience and tons of fun to battle with. Its a strong recommend!
Really brilliant kit for beginners and the more experienced alike. The instructions are easy to follow and with everyone included it's a great way to get started with combat robots. The end result is brilliant as is or you can use it as a base to customise.

As a LEGO roboteer, I have fought Vegas many times. It is an excellent robot. The idea of being able to buy it and at such a great cost is just fantastic.
Most of my robots cost more than this and don't fight half as hard as this one does!
This is a great way to get into the growing LEGO Robot Wars hobby, or just a really excellent looking robot to have on your shelf.
