Since our MOC sets are brand new, it requires 15 days handling time from order to shipment, then shipping takes about another 15 days.

The time for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your destination.

Model Description: This set features a three-story hardware store and apartment. The store is packed with vintage tools and signs, while the second-floor office includes detailed furniture. The top-floor apartment needs repairs, with cracked walls, broken windows, and leaky fixtures, awaiting your restoration skills. The all-brick design gives the product a model-like appearance, making it more artistic and display-worthy.
- Background: A first-time homebuyer is working with a real estate agent to purchase a fixer-upper. Fortunately, the apartment is just a few floors above an old-fashioned hardware store, offering all the tools and materials needed for renovation. Even the buyer’s daughter set up a lemonade stand with leftover materials to help cover the renovation costs.
Details: This is a building block set featuring a street-view hardware store and apartment complex. It’s a fully equipped, highly detailed, three-story modular building! The ground floor houses a hardware store, with walls packed with details—tools, materials, vintage signs, and license plates. The shop is modeled after old-fashioned hardware stores, cluttered and filled with all sorts of items! Outside the store, you’ll find several 3D signs, a “classic” soda machine, some raised flower beds, and a makeshift lemonade stand.
Up the stairs to the second floor, there’s a fully detailed office, complete with a waiting area, a copier, desks, chairs, file cabinets, a water cooler, blinds, and a back balcony.
Finally, on the top floor is an apartment in need of renovation. This level includes a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, all in need of repair. Damaged, cracked walls, a leaky kitchen sink and toilet, broken windows, and even a burnt-out bulb are waiting for you to restore the apartment with extra elements and instructions!
