Built on a 32 × 32-stud footprint, MOC-239081 consists of three detachable sections for easier access and display. The ground floor contains a shoe and handbag store with shelves, display furniture, a sales counter, and even a compact restroom converted from a storage area. Outside, snow-covered details, boot-shaped benches, and an opening recycling bin add personality to the streetscape.

The first floor is reached by a covered external staircase and contains a cozy apartment with a kitchen and living area, an ultra-flat TV, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, and a bedroom with wardrobe and bookshelf. Two balconies and a small terrace complete the level, with a decorated Christmas tree adding a festive focal point.
